Gemma is a well established solo artist who has performed consistently in Sydney and overseas up to six nights a week. She has gathered a loyal following in Sydney and increasingly on the central coast where she now resides.
Gemma is a versatile solo acoustic guitarist and singer with an extensive repertoire that includes 100s” of songs from cruisy easy listening to pub rock standards and everything in between.
Gemma has worked with duos, trios and various original and cover bands and most recently with her band “the Southpaws”.
Her knowledge of how to please a crowd comes from many years of hard solid playing including performances at large scale events such Women for Wik, ANTAR and The Hyde Park Peace Rally for an audience of 500,000.
Gemma is known for her ability to play all styles confidently and engage the crowd. It is not unusual for Gemma to have a room full of people singing along. Her wealth of experience brings consistency and a professional attitude to every performance.
