Kim Cannan, B.Sc(Psych), B.Mus. (UNE).
Kim is a well-known composer and recording artist with over 30 years’ experience in musical performance and education. Kim also studied Classical and Jazz Guitar through the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Her main instruments are Harp and Guitar. Kim has also had many years’ of performing as a vocalist.
Her previous performances are extensive and include Solo, Duo and Ensemble Acoustic Repertoires.
Venues include various summer residencies at Lord Howe Island, Five-year residency at Kim’s Resort Toowoon Bay, Regular shows at Live at Lizotte’s Kincumber, St Albans Folk Festival, Avoca Beach Theatre Shows, Laycock Street Theatre, Performing Arts Centre @ Central Coast Grammar School, Gosford Regional Art Gallery, Bell’s Resort Killcare as well as many other private events and residencies throughout the Central Coast, Sydney and Hunter Valley regions.
Kim has released five CD’s and has also been commissioned by Turning Point Films, Amazing People and WonderUs to compose music for short documentaries and Apps.
Her original compositions are played by companies such as, Vie Productions and heard also on Skye Channel, BBC Radio, Radio National and QANTAS inflight entertainment.
Kim is an Associate Artist represented by The Australian Music Centre since 2009.
More recent projects include Creative Director and Founder of Sonic Healing Environment (S.H.E.) providing Music Therapy Workshops and pre-recorded music for meditation and stress-relief.

Monica Jamieson, B.Mus. (Sydney Con).
With an impressive musical journey spanning over 25 years, she has established herself as a seasoned chamber and orchestral performer in both the Sydney and Central Coast scenes.
As the principal Cellist of the SBS Radio and Television Orchestra, Monica has showcased her talents across international stages in Estonia, Finland, Russia, and Spain. Her mastery of the Cello has led her to collaborate with renowned artists including James Morrison, Judy Bailey, Emma Pask, Don Burrows, Simon Tedeschi, David Hobson, and Roger Woodward.
Monica’s dedication to music education is as notable as her performance career. Her passion for teaching led her to engage with diverse educational settings in Sydney. Notably, she held the role of Junior School Music Coordinator at Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview, where she directed Middle School Musical Productions and introduced a successful String Instrument program for all Junior School Students.
Following her move to the Central Coast, Monica found joy in contributing her talents to the Central Coast Symphony Orchestra. She also enriched the musical landscape of Pretty Beach Primary School by Directing their String program. Currently, Monica is an esteemed Cello instructor at Central Coast Grammar School, while continuing to seize every opportunity to immerse herself in Cello performance.

Amanda Elkington, Dip.Mus. (Newcastle Con.)
Amanda started learning violin at 6yrs old, taught by several notable Teachers. She is an excellent Violinist and has gathered an extensive repertoire of music.
Amanda’s experience includes performing in many orchestras on the Central Coast and has performed many live shows throughout the Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Valley region.
Venues include Kim’s Resort Toowoon Bay, Lizotte’s Live and Cookin’, Avoca Beach Theatre, Mingara Recreation Club, Bell’s Resort Killcare, as well as many other private function and wedding venues.
Alongside her performances, she began a teaching career in 1997 and has found her passion inspiring young students to also pursue a string career. Amanda is currently an esteemed teacher at Central Coast Grammar School and Central Coast Conservatorium where she heads String programmes and performs regularly.
