About Central Coast Con Artists Big Band

The Central Coast Conservatorium of Music Teacher’s Big Big Band showcases the superb teaching talent at the Con with leading players and bandleaders coming together in one kick-butt ensemble for the first time in the Con’s history.

The monthly swing dance grows each month with jive, blues and swing dancers and listeners alike. Folks Lindy Hop or jitterbug or simply enjoy the swinging music of Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw and Count Basie.

The band is an 11-piece big band with two singers.
